There no better time than now to try a new beauty routine or stock up on your favorites. I have been using up so many products while staying at home that it’s a good thing the Sephora Spring Beauty event is happening now!
Sephora usually only offers sales like this two times a year: now and the holidays. It’s for Sephora Insiders and the higher the level you are, the most savings you get! Rouge members save the most for the longest time. I love getting a few items from Sephora but since I mostly use clean beauty, my current level is VIB status.
If you’re not a Sephora Insider you can sign up for FREE to take advantage of the sale. Once you are signed up, if you spend $350 you reach VIB. If you spend $1,000 then you are automatically bumped to ROUGE, where the most savings are.
Rouge Early Access: April 17 – May 1
Sephora Rouge members have first access to shop the online event at a whopping 20% off with code SPRINGSAVE
VIB: April 21 – April 29
VIB members get 15% off event purchases online with code SPRINGSAVE
Insiders: April 23 – April 27
Insider members get 10% off event purchases online with code SPRINGSAVE
Since my beauty routine is mostly clean products, it’s no surprise that my Sephora favorites are also pretty clean. These are the products that I have loved for years. They are either currently in my routine or that I’m stocking up on with the discount.
Drunk Elephant Baby Facial // Such a classic! I like to use an AHA/BHA product at least once a week. I’ve been using this one for years and included in one of my earlier blog posts.
Biossance Phyto-Retinol Serum // Now that I’m in my 40s, I need skincare that helps with age maintenance. This serum includes bukuchiol, a natural retinol that isn’t harmful {more on why I don’t use retinol in this post}.
Farmacy Green Makeup Meltaway // This was the first cleansing balm I ever used. It was a form I wasn’t that familiar with but so glad I tried it. It easily removes all dirt and makeup and is super gentle on your skin.
Tan Luxe Face // I just wrote about this product in this post. While at home and thinking about the vacations we were supposed to be on, I took matters into my own hands and upped my self tanner usage.
Tarte Sea Quench Primer // I selected a mini of these when I redeemed my Sephora points. I thought it would be fun to try. Wow. My makeup looks so much better and my skin looks so hydrated when I use it. I can totally tell the difference. The cute mini set including the setting spray {also a fan} is $14. I’m ordering the larger size this time.
Indie Lee Brightening Cleanser // The smell of this gentle cleanser is amazing. I’m a big fan of Indie Lee products in general. If really makes your face feel smooth and clean after using.
Olaplex Hair Repair // Over the holidays I picked up a sample set that included the Olaplex Shampoo, Conditioner, Bond Strengthener styling cream, and Hair Strengthener. I just ran out of a few and need to reorder.
Caudalie Instant Detox Mask // Staying at home means lots of masking for me! This one is a great one to add to your rotation.
Supergoop Everyday Sunscreen // Supergoop products are awesome and I love spotting them on vacations. My last trip to Aspen had it out for all the skiers!
Tatcha Water Cream // This daily moisturizer is super lightweight and just an amazing product. I’ll also give honorable mention to the setting mist!
While my skincare is all clean, my makeup has a few non clean favorites. When I find something I like, I continue to use it.
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk // Seriously, the best lip color shade of all time. While I love the lipstick, the lip liner is my true obsession.
KVD Tattoo Liquid Eyeliner // This was another freebie that I stumbled upon. Again, I never knew I needed it! Liquid eyeliner is kind of a hassle and I’ve always been a little afraid to put it on. This is sooooo easy. It just glides on. With a traditional pencil eyeliner, I usually find myself tugging on my eyelid. But not with this. That fact and the final look keeps me reaching for this liquid eyeliner.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz // While I mainly use a brow gel, I sometimes like to fill in my brows with a pencil. This one has a retractable pencil so you don’t have to worry about sharpening and comes in so many shades!
Bumble & Bumble Color Stick // I use this when my grays start popping up in between my glazes. Since I don’t know when I’ll be able to see my stylist at this point, this is a life saver!
When it comes to self care, Sephora has more than just traditional products. I know my lists just keep getting longer but I truly love these!
Slip Silk Pillow // After sleeping with a silk pillow, I can never go back. Not only does it feel so relaxing to lay your head on at the end of the day, but silk is so much better for your skin than cotton. This makes a great Mother’s Day gift!
Voluspa Mini Candles // I love keeping these around for myself and to give as hostess gifts.
Rose Quartz Facial Roller // I use this beauty tool every day. I love using the smaller side right under my eyes for depuffing in the morning.
I’ve either been eying these products or heard amazing things. Like I said at the beginning of the post, the Sephora Spring Beauty Event is a great time to focus on self care and try something new. Here’s what’s in my Sephora cart:
OK, friend! Hope you enjoy these beauty favorites and save big at the Sephora Spring Savings Event!!
